How long are the St. Olav routes?
It depends on the itinerary: the classic Dovre–Trondheim route is around 250 km, while the Waterway and Coastal Path combine shorter walking stages with boat or train transfers and range from 90 to 150 km.

June to August is ideal, with long daylight hours and open trails. We recommend avoiding May for the Dovre route, as snow may still be present on the plateau.
