Ethics, Respect and Equal Opportunities

At SloWays, we believe that a safe, fair, and respectful work environment is an essential part of how we operate. For this reason, we promote a culture based on transparency, listening, and shared responsibility.

We provide dedicated tools to collect reports that can contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization, the protection of people, and the prevention of behaviors or situations that are not aligned with our values.

Reports on safety, misconduct, and near misses

A dedicated channel remains active for collecting reports related to:

  • situations posing risks to health and safety;
  • near misses (incidents or potentially dangerous events that did not result in harm);
  • behaviors not compliant with procedures;
  • misconduct or violations of internal and external regulations;
  • episodes that may compromise people’s well-being or safety.

This tool allows for a concrete contribution to prevention and the improvement of the work environment, enabling timely management of critical issues.

Reports dedicated to gender equality

To strengthen our commitment to inclusion and equity, we have also introduced a specific channel dedicated exclusively to reports concerning gender equality.

Through this questionnaire, it is possible to report situations, behaviors, or practices that may not be consistent with the principles of equal opportunities, inclusion, respect, and the enhancement of people promoted by SloWays.

Reports may include, for example:

  • unequal treatment;
  • direct or indirect discrimination;
  • non-inclusive language or behavior;
  • barriers to professional growth linked to gender;
  • situations not aligned with the company’s gender equality policy.

Each report is handled with confidentiality, impartiality, and care, in respect of the people involved.
