To climb the classic hut to hut hikes in the Dolomites, a good fitness level and descrete hiking abilities and stability (due to the occasionally irregular terrain) are required. Some other trips do not require a good fitness level and are also suggested to lesser trained hikers or families. What is the best time to embark on a walking trip in the Dolomites?
The most popular month is August, so if you'd be interested in booking in that time of the year, we highly suggest that you book as soon as possible. Generally speaking, July to Sept is a great season (you could still encounter patches of snow at the beginning of July).
